DotDotSmile Fabiola Dees is the merchandiser page for Fabiola Dees, an independent merchandiser for the clothing line DotDotSmile. This company is also known as DDS, and it is known for selling hip and trendy dresses and rompers for children, toddlers, and infants! Currently it carries sizes 6-12 months to 8/10. The company plans to expand its current line by adding unisex tees and bottoms by the year end.
